Educators or associated staff who assess the initial language and math skills and/or who assist in the registration of ELLs at a publicly funded school board in Ontario.  Each school board in Ontario is encouraged to be represented by at least one educator who is responsible for initial language and math assessments as outlined by the Ontario Ministry of Education ESL/ELD Policy.
